UCLA Olive View Medical Center Master Plan

SmithGroup JJR engaged Walker to conduct a parking supply and demand study, alternatives analysis, and site analysis of the Olive View UCLA Medical Center as part of a Executive Master Planning Services Project.

The goal of this assignment was to examine current parking conditions and project future parking needs over the course of the 20-year master plan horizon including identify the location of the new future replacement hospital, identify the site for a new future ambulatory care building, identify the site for a new future medical office buildings, develop comprehensive design and technical standards, identify permanent hospital zone and separate commercial zone, and develop a campus utility and infrastructure master plan.

The parking and traffic consulting Walker provided was a valuable planning tool in assisting the Medical Center on meeting short term and long-term parking needs.
