The Detroit Tigers required a comprehensive and prioritized plan for addressing ongoing waterproofing and concrete repair and maintenance needs throughout Comerica Park.
Walker completed a condition appraisal of the whole ballpark, including test excavations and materials testing. Repairs were prioritized over a 4-year period and recommendations were made for maintenance items. The cost opinions enabled planning and budgeting the for recommended repair and maintenance work.
