Jon consults on various parking and mobility planning projects, specializing in the application of technology. Jon’s experience includes consulting on the replacement of parking equipment systems, implementing paid parking, planning and procuring parking guidance systems, License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems, curb management, and developing parking master plans. Before joining Walker Consultants, Jon managed and operated the parking assets for a national parking operator in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Jon enjoys discussing and developing working solutions to make parking a positive experience.
