Comerica Park Condition Appraisal

The Detroit Tigers required a comprehensive and prioritized plan for addressing ongoing waterproofing and concrete repair and maintenance needs throughout Comerica Park.

Walker completed a condition appraisal of the whole ballpark, including test excavations and materials testing. Repairs were prioritized over a 4-year period and recommendations were made for maintenance items.
